All information and advice provided to clients is in the client's best interest, and individuals are not bound to follow advice given by Defining Support. Eligibility and Account Registration

The minimum age requirement for these services is 18 years of age, children that wish to engage these services must provide written consent from caregivers.

All clients are required to provide accurate and up to date personal information to best inform Defining Support in their services to the client.

It is the responsibility of each client to protect their privacy in relation to their account credentials. Keeping passwords secure at all times and not sharing information that may leave them vulnerable.

Use of Service

This website is widely available to users to enquire and book services, it is strictly prohibited for any parties to use this websites content in any other capacity. Illegal use of resources is not tolerated. Abusive or harmful behaviour will result in cease of services and in some cases can lead to further legal action. Defining Support has the right to terminate services if clients breach the Code of Conduct outlined by Defining Support. Clients may also terminate if there is a breach in this conduct. Payments are requested when booking appointments for this service. Refunds are issued in line with our refund policy. Prices may be subject to change.
